The council is offering free horticulture courses at CAE. Details below:

A very hands-on course, Introduction to Horticulture is a job readiness course that would also be a preparatory taster for the Certificate III in Horticulture AHC30722 held at the Lilydale Campus of Box Hill Institute.
Includes:
• Working with machines and tools
• Pruning
• General garden maintenance
• Plant identification
• Pests and disease
• Soils and potting mixes
• Work health & safety.

Runs: Dates TBC for 2025

Cost: Government funded, no cost to students

Location: Lilydale Campus
